It requires two to three weeks to process the data on a resume and schedule an interview. We will process first those received through the Internet job bank and the CMO website. After we receive an e-resume from the job bank, we will acknowledge receipt by e-mail. However, resumes submitted in written form cannot be acknowledged for the time being.

If job seekers are unable to get an interview for the position being filled, the human resources department will automatically enter their names for other suitable positions. If you hear nothing three weeks after we receive your resume, this means that your information has been entered into the CMO personnel data bank. The superintendent of each department will reference suitable resumes via the
personnel recruiting system and search the data bank if a position opens up.
